CRAVO TRANSFER - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Terms and Conditions agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the money remittance services ("Services") provided by CRAVO TRANSFER, a company registered as an LVMI company. By accessing or using our website or mobile application, and/or any page thereof, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described below.

1. *Eligibility*: The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. The Services are not available to any person who is a "specially designated national" or other blocked persons as identified by any sanctions or embargoes, or to persons or entities whose membership would violate any laws or regulations.

2. *User Registration*: Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for an account on our website or mobile application. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. *Services*: The Services allow users to send money to recipients in designated countries. We reserve the right to limit the amount of funds that can be transferred and to require additional information or verification before processing a transfer.

4. *Service Fees*: Service fees for the money remittance Services may apply, as set forth on our website or mobile application at the time of the transaction. Users are responsible for payment of all applicable fees and any additional charges that may be imposed by a third-party payment processor or financial institution.

5. *Transaction Limits*: CRAVO TRANSFER may, at its sole discretion, impose limits on the amount of money that may be sent or received through the Services. We may also limit the number of transactions you can conduct or place restrictions on your ability to send or receive funds through the Services.

6. *Exchange Rate*: When applicable, funds sent using the Services may be subject to a currency conversion, as displayed at the time of the transaction. The exchange rate may fluctuate and is subject to change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the exchange rate information and accept no liability for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of inaccurate exchange rate information.

7. *Refund Policy*: If a money transfer is cancelled or not completed for any reason, we will refund the principal amount of the transfer minus a service fee of 15 GBP. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days from the date the transfer was cancelled. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that we cannot control when a refunded amount will be credited to your account, as this depends on your bank's processing times.

8. *Liability*: CRAVO TRANSFER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services or this Agreement is limited to the amount of money you paid to use the Services.

9. Governing Law: 'LVMI Company Ltd (Com. Reg. No: 08997005) is duly registered in England and Wales. If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.'

10. *Changes to This Agreement*: We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
